  very LONG phone waits, rude personal, NO followup Good afternoon. I am writing to you after a full week of frustration from the Dr office of Kimberley McKeon. My mother is 86 (going to be 87 years of age in July). The office has been setting up off site blood work every Sunday for the last 5 weeks after being told my mother is NOT capable of walking and not fully functional. My mother can barely walk and must climb stairs in her living complex to get to this office. I called Dr. McKeon’s office last Wednesday 4/15/2015 at 11A., waiting approx 20 min for someone to pick up the phone to advise the state of my mother and explained the situation clearly. The nurse on duty said she would follow-up with my mother to find out WHY the visiting nurse was NO longer coming to her house. After a week and yet another office visit for blood work where my son told me she almost fell, the Dr. office NEVER returned the call. I called again on 4/22/2-14 approx 4P. found myself waiting for more than 20 min again for someone to answer the phone only to be confronted by a rude nurse. When I told her the story and that no one called she said “I was not on duty last week” and apparently there were no notes in the system but said she would call her, again NO call. As a matter of fact my father called the office at 5:02P. and the answering service picked up and said they left for the day. Today I called again, again waiting 15min for someone to pick up, politely asking why my mother cannot get a phone call back as to the status of the Dr ordered visiting nurse. Once again I was greeted by rudeness and that someone did call. I said YES they called ME but were suppose to call my mother. I finally said today is the last day, if you do not call my mother and confirm a visiting nurse I will be turning you into the medical board. So here I am wasting more of my valuable time because NO ONE called and she rudely hung up on me without explanation. As soon as I said medical board she got very defensive, SO PLEASE I am asking for your help before my mother get critical injured.
